2023 (at Oregon): Started all 35 matches and 126 sets...led Oregon with 471 kills and 4.43 point per set, good for fourth in the Pac-12…second on team with 13 double-doubles…established career highs in digs (302) and services aces (44); tied for fourth in the Pac-12 in aces…15 or more kills in 14 matches including four outings with at least 20 kills…vs #10 Minnesota (Sept. 8): tallied 20 kills, 15 digs and an ace in opening contest of the Big Ten/Pac-12 Challenge…at #8 Pittsburgh (Sept. 14): had a career-high six aces in the five-set road win…tied for match high with 19 kills to go along with six digs and two blocks…at Oregon State (Nov. 25): closed out the regular season with a season-high 21 kills coupled with a .425 hitting percentage (21-4-40) over three-set win; 11 matches during the year with double-digit kills to go along with .300 or higher efficiency…at #3 Wisconsin (Dec. 9): closed out the season with a 20-kill, 12-dig showing in the NCAA regional final—Elite 8—in Madison.
2022 (at Oregon): Named AVCA National Freshman of the Year…led all NCAA freshmen with 616.5 points and 544 kills, ranking 10th and 11th nationally, respectively…finished fourth in the Pac-12 with 4.85 kills per set, fifth with 4.20 kills per set…double-digit kills in 30 of 32 matches including 10 outings with at least 20 kills…had 13 matches with at least 10 kills coupled with a .300 or higher hitting percentage…led the team with 40 service aces…averaged 2.01 digs per set…third on the team with 12 double-doubles…vs UC Davis (Sept. 1): put down 21 kills on 30 swings—just one error—in straight-set win; good for a .667 efficiency…also had four digs and two aces in home opener…at Washington (Oct. 9): posted first 25-kill performance to go along with eight digs in five setter…vs Washington State (Nov. 6): recorded 25 kills and a .364 hitting percentage in four-set win at MKA…added nine digs, two blocks and an ace…vs USC (Nov. 20): in helping to erase an 0-2 deficit, tallied a season-best 29 kills while hitting .463 on 54 swings…most kills by a player in the Pac-12 during the season…also contributed four aces, four blocks and four digs; finished with 35 points…vs Nebraska (Dec. 8): put together a 26-kill, 13-dig performance in the NCAA regional semifinal—Sweet 16..with the offensive output, tallied the program’s first 500-kill season since 2013 (Liz Brenner)…named to the all-region team after averaging 4.30 kills per set and 2.20 digs per set in two matches; played Louisville (17 kills, nine digs and four blocks) in the regional final.
High School: The No. 43 national recruit in the PrepVolleyball Top 150 … ranked third in the state of California during senior season … finished second in the state with a .564 hitting percentage … 14 matches in 2021 with 20 or more kills including a 46-kill performance in Lincoln’s second match of the year… in 2019, LHS won the Foothill Valley League title for the first time in 44 years; Zebras repeated in 2021 … racked up 1,105 kills to go along with a .437 hitting percentage in two-plus seasons at LHS … also collected 515 digs, 158 aces and 116 total blocks during prep career.
Personal: Mother Nicole (Crump) was an All-American for Long Beach State and was the NCAA leader in hitting percentage (.428) in 1997 …Father Jeff was an All-American for the LSBU water polo team.
