San Diego native Leyla Blackwell was selected in the fourth round by the Mojo out of Nebraska, where she helped the Cornhuskers advance to the 2024 Final Four. She appeared in 13 matches (23 sets) in 2024, averaging 2.35 kills per set with a .417 hitting persentage.
