Omaha Supernovas (2026)

  • Signed with the Omaha Supernovas on the first day of MLV Free Agency on August 7, 2025. 

Indy Ignite (2025)

  • 2025 Setter of the Year and All-League first team selection.
  • Paced all league setters with 11.30 assists per set with 2.73 digs per set, 40 blocks and 15 aces.

Omaha Supernovas (2024)

  • Won the inaugural Pro Volleyball Championship title with the Supernovas, earning Playoff MVP honors.
  • Registered 592 assists in 64 sets, averaging 9.25 assists per set for Omaha with 189 digs, 26 kills, eight aces and nine blocks.

Athletes Unlimited (2023 - Present)

  • Has averaged 11.31 assists and 2.54 digs per set across 30 career AU matches in 2023 and 2024. 
  • Hilley has secured eighth- and 14th-place finishes in her first two seasons with AU. 

Atenienses de Manati (2022)

  • Made her pro debut in Puerto Rico, leading the team to a third-place finish in the Puerto Rican League. 

International Experience

  • Four-time international medalist for the U.S. Women's National Team program dating back to 2015. 
  • Collected a gold medal at the 2023 NORCECA Pan American Cup Final Six and a bronze at the Pan American Cup that same year. 
  • Silver medals at the 2016 NORCECA U21 Championship and 2015 U19 World Championships. 

College Experience

Wisconsin (2017-2021) 

  • Led Wisconsin to its first-ever National Championship with a five-set win over Nebraska in 2021. 
  • Selected as a five-time AVCA All-American (2017, 2018, 2019, Spring 2021, Fall 2021).
  • Named Big Ten Setter of the Year for three consecutive seasons (2019, 2020, 2021).
  • Led the Badgers to three consecutive Big Ten Championship titles (2019, 2020, 2021).
  • School record holder for most career assists with 6,220, plus a career mark of 11.85 assists per set. 

High School/Personal

  • Daughter of Christy and Mike Hilley and has two siblings (Alex & Sami). 
  • Both parents competed athletically at North Dakota State — volleyball for her mom and basketball for her dad. 
  • Played for Champlin Park High School in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota. 
  • Tabbed as the 2015 and 2016 Minnesota Gatorade Player of the Year and two-time Metro Player of the Year.
