- Made professional debut with the Grand Rapids Rise on March 4, 2024, at the San Diego Mojo
- Played 13 matches (two starts) and 25 sets for the Rise in the inaugural 2024 Pro Volleyball Federation season, recording 48 kills (.204), 34 digs, and five blocks
- Set a Rise franchise record with a .733 hitting percentage (minimum 10 attack attempts) with a personal-best 11 kills, no attack errors on 15 swings in a 3-1 win over the Vegas Thrill on April 20, 2024

- Played five seasons at Tennessee (2019-23), finishing with the fifth-most kills in the program’s history (1,632) in 132 matches played
- Two-time AVCA All-American and two-time All-SEC selection (2023, 2022)
- Averaged 5.00 points, 4.31 kills, 1.82 digs, 0.79 blocks, and 0.28 aces per set while hitting .321 in 2023
- Recorded a season-best 100 total blocks in 2021, and ended with 338 career blocks
- Put down a career-high of 29 kills in a win against Mississippi State on Nov. 20, 2022

- Attended Chantilly High School and competed for Metro Volleyball Club
