Professional Experience
- Joins the Rise after previous stops in LOVB, Itas Trentino in Italy, Racing Club de Cannes in France, BKS Stal Bielsko-Biała in Poland and Örebro VBS in Sweden.
- Won the inaugural LOVB title with Austin in 2025.
- Helped Itas Trentino finish second in Italian Serie A2 and earn promotion to Serie A1 during the 2022-23 season.
- Runner-up finish in the 2022 French Cup with Racing Club de Cannes.

College Experience
- Played four seasons at the University of Washington (2014-17), finishing with 520 kills on a .306 hitting percentage, 182 blocks and 73 digs across 80 matches (227 sets). Suffered an ankle injury that limited her playing time in college.
- 2017 AVCA All-America Third Team
- 2017 All-Pac-12 Team
- Three-time Pac-12 Conference Champion (2016, 2015, 2013)
- Finished senior season with more than doubled her career kill total from her first three seasons, ending with 349 kills on the year and a team-best 2.88 kills per set.
- Washington reached the NCAA Elite Eight in 2015 and 2016.
High School / Club Experience
- Attended Ontario Christian High School in Ontario, California.
Was one of the top right-side hitter recruits in the country, ranked No. 18 on the annual Senior Aces list put out by PrepVolleyball.com, fourth among opposites. - Led her high school team to consecutive Ambassador League titles her junior and senior seasons.
- Ambassador League MVP as a junior and senior, also earning All-Inland Valley and All-State honors.
- Also played basketball as a freshman and sophomore and softball as a freshman, and she was named All-League in basketball both seasons and a league MVP as a sophomore.
- Played club volleyball for Club West.
Personal Information
- Born in Upland, California.
- Daughter of Joy and Joe DeHoog. Her father played football at Cal Lutheran.
- Has two older brothers, Ryan and Caleb, and one older sister, Rachel.
- Started playing volleyball at 13 years old as a middle blocker.
- Grew up on a dairy farm.
- Would be a psychologist or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and playing a lot of tennis in her free time, if she wasn’t a professional volleyball player.
- Favorite foods include tacos, chocolate, and coffee.
- Enjoys going on walks, reading a book, going to a coffee shop, talking to family or friends on the phone, and starting a new crochet project she might not finish.
