- In 2025 with the Vegas Thrill, Mayfield appeared in 19 matches and 53 sets for Vegas in 2025, recording 80 kills, 79 digs, nine blocks, and four aces
- 2024 Pro Volleyball Federation champion with Omaha Supernovas, contributing 38 kills, five blocks, and an ace across eight matches.
- International stops include Switzerland, Finland, Hungary, Peru, and Greece.
- 2017-18 Peruvian League MVP with Universidad de San Martín, leading the club to a championship.
- Won the 2019 Hungarian Cup with Fatum Nyíregyháza.
- Began professional career overseas in 2012-13 with CSM Clamart (France).

College Experience
- Competed for four years at the University of Kansas from 2008-2011, totaling 1,282 kills, 735 digs, 146 blocks, 92 assists, and 59 aces in 117 matches played (400 sets).
- Senior season broke the school’s single-season record for kills (462), kills per set (4.16 - also led Big 12), points (507) and points per set (4.57).
- All-Big 12 Honorable Mention in 2011
High School / Club Experience
- Four-year letterwinner in volleyball and track & field at St. Thomas Aquinas High School (Overland Park, Kan.). Led Saints to back-to-back state volleyball titles in 2006 and 2007.
- Two-time all-state tournament first team and all-state first team selection.
- Kansas City Star Female Scholar-Athlete of the Year
- Four-time state champion in the high jump; holds school and league records in the event.
- Played club volleyball for MAVS.
Personal Information
- Daughter of John and Joanne Mayfield.
- Has a sister, Emily and a brother, Steven.
- Mother played basketball for Benedictine and father played baseball at Missouri Western.
- Three of her uncles, Michael, Thomas and Edward, also attended Kansas.
