- In 2025 with the Grand Rapids Rise, Grote featured in 18 matches (48 sets). She finished with 58 kills (.331), 26 blocks, 25 digs, and four aces... Had a season-high 14 points (eight kills, five blocks, one ace) in a five-set win over Orlando (1/30).

- Played all 26 matches (25 starts) and featured in every set except the first frame of the year for the Rise in the inaugural 2024 Pro Volleyball Federation season, recording a team-high 69 blocks and 17 aces to go with 153 kills (.292), 62 digs, and seven assists... Put down a block in 24 matches with three or more blocks in 15 matches... Season-high 17 points with 13 kills (.650) and four blocks in a 3-1 loss to the San Diego Mojo (5/4).
- Played one season in the Athletes Unlimited Pro League in 2023, scoring 1,426 points (38th best in the league).
- Made pro debut with Sigortashop in Turkey during the 2022-23 campaign.

College Experience
- Competed for the University of Washington from 2018-22, finishing fourth in school history with a .380 career attack percentage.
- All-Pac-12 and AVCA All-Region member in 2022
- Two-time Pac-12 champion in 2020 and 2021
- Career-best season in 2021 and was named to the AVCA All-American Second Team, AVCA All-Region Team and All-Pac-12 Team, leading the Pac-12 with a .415 attack percentage, which was the sixth-best single-season mark in school history.
- In 2021, averaged career highs with 2.13 kills per set and 1.05 blocks per set.
