Professional Experience

• Last played professional during the 2017-18 season in Sweden with Engelholm VS.
• Ranked the Swedish League’s best scorer and opposite hitter, and Engelholm VS won the Swedish League and Swedish Cup.
• Made her pro debut during the 2015-16 season with Köpenicker SC Berlin in Germany.

College Experience

• Two-time AVCA Third Team All-American at Washington during her four-year tenure from 2011-14.
• Made the 2013 Final Four and won the Pac-12 title.
• Two-time All-Pac-12 Team selection
• Second on her team in kills during her All-America seasons behind Krista Vansant, and she finished with 1,095.5 career points.
• As a senior, she averaged 2.42 kills per set while hitting a career-high .339, which was highest among all Pac-12 outside hitters.

High School / Club Experience

• Lettered three years for Sprague High School, leading her team to Central Valley Conference titles as a junior and a senior and three state tournaments.
• Named CVC Player of the Year as a senior and a first team All-State selection.
• First Team All-CVC as a junior and a senior and Second Team as a sophomore.
• Competed for the Oregon Northwest Juniors as a junior and a senior, leading the team to a 6-4 record at the 2010 U.S. Junior National Championships 18 Open division in Reno, Nev.
• Played for Salem Volleyball Club her first two years of high school.
• Lettered in track her senior year, and won the CVC title in the high jump, going on to place 10th at the state meet and setting a best clearance of 5-feet, 4-inches.

Personal Information

• Married to Steve Whitaker and has two daughters, Peyton and Ryleigh.
• Steve is the Club Beach Director for Sudden Impact Volleyball in Washington.
• Has one older brother, Andrew.
• Graduated with a degree in sociology.
• Started playing volleyball at 13 years old and was a middle blocker because she was the tallest on the team.
• Favorite TV show is Ted Lasso.
• Favorite sport to watch besides volleyball is synchronized diving.
• Hobbies include reading, snowboarding, music, movies and friends
