  • Biggest influence on her volleyball career was Oregon head coach Matt Ulmer, who saw the game differently than she had ever been taught and understood how he explained things.
  • Started playing volleyball at 13 years old, went to a volleyball camp and picked the setter’s line because it was the shortest line.
  • Has a cat named Trout.
  • She is an artist and enjoys reading, writing, hiking, playing beach volleyball, drinking tea, and dancing during her free time.
