Akasha Anderson signed with the Columbus Fury as a rookie in 2026 after helping Purdue to a run to the NCAA Regional Final. As a senior in 2025, Anderson was named All-Big Ten Second Team after playing in 33 matches and 124 sets, while recording 361 kills, 53 digs and 59 total blocks. She had some of her best performances during the postseason, recording double-digit kills in her final nine matches and posting a season-high 20 kills in her final collegiate match. For her full career, Anderson played in 122 total matches with 461 sets played. She posted 1,501 career kills, 71 service aces, 679 digs and 237 total blocks.
