Izabella Rapacz joins the Columbus Fury for the 2025 season. The Illinois native played professional volleyball in Europe and Asia after graduating from Temple University, where she was a three-time All-American Athletic Conference honoree. During her time with the Owls, Rapacz earned First-Team All-American Conference honors twice and became the first Temple player in program history to earn unanimous selection to the All-Conference first team in 2017.

College Experience
- During her senior season at Temple University (2017), Rapacz led the Owls with 383 total kills, averaging 3.48 kills per set. In conference play, she increased her average to 3.82 kills per set, while hitting .275. Rapacz also racked up 2.90 digs per set against conference foes, adding 122 total blocks and 19 aces. She finished the season with 16 double doubles with 10 or more kills in 24 of 29 matches played. She had five or more blocks 10 during the season and tallied a career-best 21 digs and recorded 20+ kills twice in 2017.
