As a Full Season Member, you're in for a treat - you're guaranteed to receive TWO giveaways on designated match nights, no matter what time you arrive at the arena. You can pick up your giveaways inside the Season Ticket Club, on the concourse behind Section 110, or at Guest Services after the first serve. The dates for this season's guaranteed giveaways can be found on this HQ webpage.

Just a friendly reminder: to guarantee a giveaway item for pick-up, you must be present at the arena on the night of the giveaway and show your season ticket (either printed or mobile). Unfortunately, tickets generated from unused ticket exchanges will not be accepted, as we go by the number of season seats you have.

  • In-Match Experience Request

  • SAVING YOUR TICKETS

    Here’s how:

    1. To access your tickets, head to Sign In | Grand Rapids Griffins - Rise (evenue.net) on a mobile device (mobile tickets can only be saved for the game by accessing your account on a mobile device).
    2. Login to your account and select your desired game tickets under “MY UPCOMING EVENTS” on the home screen. (If you do not see this option, select the main menu in the top left corner and select “MY ACCOUNT”).
    3. Once in the selected game, save the desired seat locations to your phone wallet but clicking “ADD TO APPLE/GOOGLE WALLET”.
    4. When the ticket pops up on your phone, click the blue “ADD” button in the top right corner.
     
    Your tickets are now in your apple wallet and ready to be scanned for the match!

  • TRANSFERRING TICKETS

    Here’s how:

    1. Log in to your My Tickets account at Sign In | Grand Rapids Griffins - Rise (evenue.net)
    2. In the My Tickets section, click Transfer Tickets.
    3. Select the game and tickets that you would like to Transfer.
    4. Type in the phone number or email address for the desired recipient as well as their first and last name.
    5. Click Confirm.
    6. Your recipient will receive and email/text message with a link to accept their ticket, they must complete this step-in order for the transfer to be finalized. 

    **Please know that all previous versions of that ticket are no longer valid once your guest accepts the ticket.**

  • EXCHANGING TICKETS

    If you are a Full or Half Season Member, one of your benefits is being able to exchange your tickets!

    Here's how:

    1. Log in to your My Ticket account at Sign In | Grand Rapids Griffins - Rise (evenue.net)
    2. In the My Ticket section, click Exchange Tickets
    3. Select the tickets that you would like to exchange
    4. Select the new game you would like to exchange it for or save it to your ticket bank for later use
    5. Select your seats, then next
    6. Select Mobile Delivery, then next
    7. Scroll to "SUBMIT EXCHANGE"

Member FAQ

  • If you're a Full Season or 6-Match Plan Member and can't make it to a regular-season home match, don't worry! You can exchange your tickets for a new match date up until the scheduled start time of the original match. Plus, you get to choose your seat location for the new match and can even transfer the tickets to a friend or family member. Just remember that once you transfer your tickets, those seats become available for public purchase.

    And if you need to exchange your tickets again, no problem! You can re-exchange tickets that you've previously exchanged. If you're not sure which match you want to exchange them for yet, you can exchange the season tickets you're not planning to use for the last match listed in your ticket plan. This will be a placeholder match, not a real match date, so you can re-exchange your tickets anytime you're ready.

    If you have printed Full Season or 6-Match Plan tickets, you can exchange your unused tickets at The Zone during their regular business hours: Tuesday - Saturday, 11 am - 4 pm, and on match days from 11 am until 1 hour after the end of the match.

  • Season ticket members can purchase additional tickets starting one week prior to the public ticket on sale (date TBD). The quick/easy way to purchase your add-on tickets is online through your Rise ticket account. This method will allow you to quickly select among the best seats available and make your purchase at your discounted, season ticket price (note that a small fee is assessed by our ticket systems provider). Simply log into your Rise Ticket Manager and click BUY TICKETS.

    You can also purchase your additional tickets through your Rise rep. (fee free) when contacting them during regular business hours.

  • Yes! If you contact your Rise representative before the match, they will be happy to reserve the giveaway item for you that night - so long as that match was included in your membership plan with us. However, please make this type of request several days/hours in advance of match time to allow your representative enough time to facilitate your request. The 2-3 hours leading up to the game are typically busy for all Rise staff. Although we will do our best to fulfill giveaway requests made after the match, we cannot guarantee it. Thank you for your understanding!

  • We highly recommend that all Rise season ticket members add updates@go.grrise.com to their email's safe senders list so they'll continue to receive our Rise Exclusive email updates containing valuable information regarding your membership. Your Rise rep will also be sending you frequent reminders via email and sometimes text and phone calls.

  • The Zone is open for business Tuesday-Saturday, 11 am-4 pm and on match days from 11 am until one hour after the end of the game (subject to change based on match time).

  • Located on the concourse behind The Zone merchandise kiosk, all FULL SEASON MEMBERS have access to the Gun Lake Casino VIP Lounge which offers free popcorn, TV viewing of the match, or other sporting events, and a private bar. You MUST show your season ticket for entry.

  • Full/6 match season ticket members can enjoy an exclusive "members only" concession line inside the Season Ticket Member Club, located on the concourse behind Section 110.

  • As a Full Season or 6-Match Member, you can enter Van Andel Arena early through designated entrances at the front of the arena off Fulton Street. You may pass through the turnstiles 15 minutes before they open to the public, giving you first access to giveaways and concession specials.

    If you prefer to arrive early, you can wait inside the lobby until the turnstiles open to members. This can be done up to 90 minutes before the match begins by using the ADA entry doors located to the right of the arena's main entrance. However, if you prefer arriving closer to match time, we recommend using the exterior member entrance (located on the far left of the arena's main entrance) to avoid the crowds at the main entry points.

    Please note that Van Andel Arena has implemented a No Bag policy. Bags, backpacks, or purses are not allowed, except for those necessary for medical or parenting purposes. Small clutches no larger than 4.5" x 6.5" x 2" will be allowed. Security personnel will screen medical/essential bags. Individuals with parenting/medical bags must go through additional security screening at the ADA entrance located to the right of the arena's main entrance.

  • Full-Season Ticket Members have the option of presenting their ID Badge (if they ordered one) or their mobile/printed season ticket. 6-Match members are asked to present their mobile/printed tickets. Please note that additional tickets that were issued through our unused ticket exchange and/or bonus ticket exchange programs are not valid forms of member ID.
