Position OverviewMLV NorCal is seeking an experienced, creative, and highly organized Manager, Brand & Event Presentation to lead the execution of the organization's live fan experience. This individual will be responsible for producing MLV NorCal's live in-game presentation while leading the planning and execution of all ancillary events that bring the brand to life throughout Northern California.From match presentation and arena entertainment to community events, fan festivals, watch parties, partner activations, and special events, this role will create memorable experiences that strengthen fan engagement and elevate the MLV NorCal brand.Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this position oversees the Brand & Event Presentation Coordinator and partners closely with Marketing, Partnerships, Operations, Ticketing, Creative, Communications, and the Community & Government Affairs Director to deliver best-in-class experiences both on match days and throughout the year.What You’ll Do:Live Game PresentationProduce and execute all aspects of MLV NorCal's live in-game presentation.
- Develop and manage game scripts, run-of-show documents, and production timelines.
- Lead the execution of all in-arena entertainment, promotions, ceremonies, theme nights, halftime programming, and fan engagement elements.
- Collaborate with production teams to coordinate video board content, LED programming, lighting, music, and audio cues.
- Continually evaluate and enhance the matchday experience through innovative entertainment concepts and fan-first programming.
- Ensure a consistent and engaging brand experience throughout every home match.
Event Production- Lead planning and execution of all ancillary events, including:
- Fan Festivals
- Watch Parties

- Community Festivals

- Serve as the event lead for designated MLV NorCal events.

Brand & Community Engagement- Partner with the Director of Marketing and Community & Government Affairs Director to execute community appearances, grassroots activations, and signature community events.
- Coordinate player, coach, mascot, and organizational appearances throughout Northern California.
- Support marketing campaigns through experiential activations that strengthen brand awareness and fan engagement.
- Ensure every live experience reflects the MLV NorCal brand and organizational values.
Leadership & Collaboration- Directly supervise the Brand & Event Presentation Coordinator.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and manage game-day staff and event personnel.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Partnerships, Operations, Ticketing, Creative, Communications, and Volleyball Operations to deliver seamless event execution.
- Support sponsor activations and fulfillment while ensuring contractual obligations are executed at the highest level.
- Build strong relationships with venues, vendors, production partners, and entertainment partners.
Operations & Project Management- Manage event presentation budgets and event-related expenses.
- Source, negotiate, and manage vendor relationships.
- Lead game-day planning meetings and coordinate cross-functional event logistics.
- Develop production timelines, operational playbooks, and event documentation.
- Evaluate event performance and fan feedback to continuously improve the live experience.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sports Management, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in game presentation, live entertainment, event production, sports marketing, or experiential marketing.
- Experience producing live sporting events or large-scale entertainment experiences.
- Previous experience managing full-time and/or game-day staff.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience managing budgets, vendors, and production partners.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong creative mindset with a passion for innovation and fan engagement.

OVERVIEWThe Manager, Partnerships & Premium will drive new business revenue through the sale of corporate partnerships, sponsorships, and premium seating and hospitality products ahead of MLV NorCal's 2027 launch. The ideal candidate combines strong new-business sales instincts with the relationship-management skills needed to grow accounts from the ground up. This role will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through proposal development, negotiation, closing, and activation, working closely with marketing, ticket sales, and game/event operations to maximize revenue across all partnership and premium inventory. This position reports to the Director of Revenue.
RESPONSIBILITIES● Identify, prospect, and close new corporate partnership and sponsorship opportunities with local, regional, and national companies● Drive new business sales of premium seating, suites, VIP experiences, and hospitality inventory● Develop and present tailored partnership and premium proposals, including signage, media, promotions, hospitality, and community elements● Negotiate partnership agreements, contract terms, and renewals● Manage a book of existing partner and premium accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities● Coordinate with the marketing and game/event operations teams to ensure accurate fulfillment and activation of partner and premium benefits● Collaborate with the Director of Revenue and business analytics to build and maintain a strong prospect pipeline and leads strategy● Provide consistent weekly and monthly reporting on pipeline, revenue, and account performance● Represent MLV NorCal at prospect meetings, sales events, home games, and premium client functions● Work closely with sales and service leadership to build a cohesive, high-performing team culture from day one● Bring forward new ideas and creative sales approaches to grow partnership and premium revenue● Embrace a “Fans First” approach in all client and partner interactions● Perform other duties as assigned

OVERVIEWThe Manager, Ticket Sales will play an active role in building and executing the ticket sales strategy for MLV NorCal ahead of our 2027 launch. The ideal candidate has experience training and motivating a sales staff, with a track record of exceeding sales goals in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. This role will play a key part in recruiting and hiring the Ticket Sales staff from the ground up, with a strong emphasis on season ticket membership revenue growth and a full-menu approach to group and premium/suite sales. This position reports to the Director of Revenue.
RESPONSIBILITIES● Support the recruiting and hiring process for the Ticket Sales staff, building the team from the ground up● Oversee new business sales strategy, with an emphasis on founding season ticket membership● Manage and implement the department's sales training and new-hire onboarding process● Lead the planning and execution of season ticket membership outbound sales efforts, including appointments, product launches, pipeline growth, and sales events● Collaborate with the marketing department and sales leadership to grow revenue across all ticketing products, including season, group, partial-plan, and single-game sales● Drive sales efforts through regularly scheduled prospect events● Partner with the Director of Revenue and business analytics to establish a robust leads strategy and CRM processes● Provide consistent weekly and monthly sales reporting on pipeline, activity, and revenue production● Work closely with sales and service leadership to build a cohesive, high-performing team culture from day one● Embrace fan development initiatives and community outreach efforts consistent with a “Fans First” approach● Bring forward new ideas and innovative approaches to increase attendance● Represent MLV NorCal at home games and events to support ticket sales and premium efforts● Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly activity levels, pipelines, and revenue production against goals● Perform other duties as assigned
