Major League Volleyball Announces All-League Teams

Ten players who will compete in the Major League Volleyball Championship this weekend are among the 14 named to the 2026 MLV All-League Teams.

Seven standouts were recognized on each squad. The teams include four middle blockers, four outside hitters, two liberos, two opposite hitters and two setters. Three of the 14 honorees were also all-league selections in 2025 while one also earned honors in 2024.

The Dallas Pulse and Indy Ignite lead all MLV squads with four players each, followed by the San Diego Mojo and Columbus Fury with two apiece followed by the Atlanta Vibe and Grand Rapids Rise each boasting one honoree.

First Team
Dallas outside hitter Mimi Colyer was the league leader in points (523) and kills (466). She is joined on the first team by teammate Sofia Maldonado-Diaz, who finished second behind Colyer in both points (484) and kills (420) while also placing third in service aces (21).

Indy middle blocker Lydia Martyn earned a first-team nod after finishing second in MLV kill percentage (49.8) and fourth in efficiency (.355) for the Ignite. Teammates Elena Scott, Azhani Tealer and Mia Tuaniga join Martyn on the first team. Scott posted 360 digs from her libero position to rank fourth in the league this season. Tealer was fifth in league kill percentage (45.1), ninth in points (338) and 10th in total kills (302). Tuaniga finished third in assists from her setter position with 1,115 and second in service aces (25).

San Diego middle blocker Marin Grote rounds out the all-league first team after tying for third in the league with 51 total blocks in 2026.

Second Team
Atlanta’s Leah Edmond headlines the All-MLV Second Team as she was tabbed for league honors for the third time. She is the only player to earn all-league recognition in each of MLV’s three seasons. Edmond finished fourth in points with 436, fifth in kills (382) and tied for fifth in service aces (20).

Regan Pittman-Nelson and Raina Terry of the Columbus Fury, Natalia Valentin-Anderson and Layne Van Buskirk from Dallas, Grand Rapids’ Paige Briggs-Romine (Grand Rapids) and San Diego’s Shara Venegas round out the second team. Valentin-Anderson is the third repeat selection from 2025 on this year’s squad.
