Mellow Mushroom is a nationally beloved pizza restaurant chain known for its 1970s-inspired atmosphere and bold, handcrafted menu.
Founded in Atlanta in 1974 by three college friends, Mellow Mushroom has grown into a multi-state franchise with more than 160 locations, yet it continues to honor its roots with a commitment to creativity, individuality, and community. Each restaurant features its own psychedelic artwork, locally influenced design, and a menu that includes hoagies, calzones, stone-baked pizzas, and even gluten-free options. Mellow Mushroom is a locally owned franchise that has served the greater Orlando area since 2004. Owned by husband-and-wife team Charles and Stacey Votey, the company is committed to working with, supporting, and giving back to the communities in which they live and work.
