The Orlando Valkyries, reigning 2025 Major League Volleyball champions, are ready to compete on one of the sport’s grandest stages as they open pool play at the FIVB Women’s Club World Championship, today, Tuesday, December 9 at 11:30 a.m. ET, taking on defending world champions Imoco Conegliano (Italy) live on VBTV.
“What a tremendous opportunity this is for our franchise and for the growth of volleyball in the United States,” said Head Coach Amy Pauly, who leads the first American professional volleyball team ever to compete in this prestigious event. “Even with just one week of training together, this group is hungry, motivated, and ready to go out and compete against the best in the world.”
The Valkyries will compete with a 14-player roster in Brazil, including nine returners from their championship squad. Orlando’s FIVB Club World Championship roster features:
