Vibe Announces Partnership with Emily J.T. Perez Foundation

ATLANTA, Ga. (October 1, 2025) — The Atlanta Vibe are proud to announce a meaningful new partnership with the Emily J.T. Perez Foundation, an organization dedicated to empowering young women and women veterans — particularly Black and Latina women — to reach their fullest potential.

Named in honor of 2nd Lieutenant Emily Perez — a West Point graduate, Division I track athlete, and Army officer who made the ultimate sacrifice in Iraq — the Foundation carries forward her legacy through action and impact. This collaboration bridges sport and service, creating space for women veterans to be seen, heard, and equipped to thrive.

Together, the Vibe and the Foundation will host the Emily’s Way Resilience Bootcamp in Atlanta on November 11, 2025, a transformative, evidence-based experience designed to break the silence around women veterans’ mental health. The bootcamp will provide practical tools to strengthen resilience and support veterans as they navigate life after service.

The Atlanta Vibe are honored to stand alongside the Emily J.T. Perez Foundation in advancing this mission and look forward to welcoming the community to this powerful event.
