Vegas Thrill Announces Highly Anticipated Schedule for Second Season
LAS VEGAS – Vegas Thrill, Las Vegas’ first professional women’s volleyball team, is excited to announce their 2025 schedule featuring 14 home matches in store for fans. The team will open its 28-match regular season by hosting the Grand Rapids Rise on Jan. 10 at Lee's Family Forum in Henderson, Nev.
This match against last season’s Pro Volleyball Federation Championship runner-up kicks off a four-game homestand with three more intense matchups to follow: the Atlanta Vibe on Jan. 12, Omaha Supernovas on Jan. and Orlando Valkyries on Jan. 19. Game times will be announced soon, with broadcast schedules also to come at a later date.
“We cannot contain our excitement for returning home to Lee’s Family Forum in front of our incredible Southern Nevada community,” said Vegas Thrill Head Coach Fran Flory. “The next season is another monumental opportunity not only for women’s sports in this town, but for the talented women continuing to make volleyball history.”
The Vegas Thrill returns alongside seven other U.S teams for the second season of the Pro Volleyball Federation: Atlanta Vibe, Columbus Fury, Grand Rapids Rise, Indy Ignite, Omaha Supernovas, Orlando Valkyries and San Diego Mojo. The team will face each opponent four times during the regular season. After the regular season, the top four teams will compete for the Pro Volleyball Federation Championship on Friday, May 9 and Sunday, May 11 at a location to be announced.
The Thrill roster includes Olympians, NCAA National Champions, and All-Americans. They welcome back five inaugural season returners: Alisha Childress, Layne Van Buskirk, Hannah Maddux, Saskia Hippe and Henderson native Berkeley Oblad. Notable world-class additions to the roster include Kendall White, Willow Johnson, Allison Mayfield, Anota Adekunle, Carly Graham, Grace Loberg and Teagan DeFalco.
