Outside hitter Erika Pritchard completed her first season with the Grand Rapids Rise during the inaugural 2024 Pro Volleyball Federation campaign and has re-signed with the franchise for the upcoming 2025 season. Recovering from an ACL injury, Pritchard missed a majority of the first half of the season before earning her place as a starter. She finished the year with 101 points (89 kills, 10 blocks, and two aces) across 13 matches. Pritchard had 19 of her kills in the postseason, including 15 in the semifinals to help the Rise upset the top-seeded Atlanta Vibe.
