It was the first time this season that Grand Rapids played all 14 players in a match. With the starters on the floor in the opening set, the Rise won 25-16 and hit a season-best .586. Omaha then went to its reserves and won the second and third sets. The Rise called upon their bench at the end of the third set and stuck with them through the end of the match.
