The Vibe will celebrate ATL Day as a continuation of 404 Day festivities

 

ATLANTA, Ga. (April 9, 2024) – The Pro Volleyball Federation’s Atlanta Vibe (14-4) will take on the Omaha Supernovas (11-5) on Saturday, April 13th at Gas South Arena in what is expected to be a preview of the league’s 2024 Championship match. First serve is set for 7:00 p.m. and the match will air nationally on YouTube.

The Vibe are celebrating ATL Day on Saturday as an extension of Atlanta’s annual 404 Day celebration, which began on April 4th and continues throughout this week all around the city. Fans are encouraged to arrive early to the arena to learn more about what our city has to offer, with activations from Georgia attractions, events, and other teams, and catch a glimpse of a variety of notable Atlanta VIPs in attendance.

The first 500 fans in attendance on Saturday will take home an exclusive “ATL Day” Vibe-branded scarf, which they can get signed by their favorite athletes at one of the team’s autograph sessions held on the concourse after their matches.

In addition, the Vibe will have official Pro Volleyball Federation team jerseys and warmup gear available for purchase for the first time this Saturday night at the merchandise stand.

Picked to finish second in the league in the preseason standings behind Omaha, the Atlanta Vibe have led the Pro Volleyball Federation standings for most of the 2024 inaugural PVF season and head into Saturday’s matchup with a .778 winning percentage. The first match in league history was played on Omaha’s home court, with Atlanta claiming the first win of the season from a five-set thriller over the Supernovas. The Vibe is 2-1 against the Supernovas heading into Saturday’s matchup, which will be the final meeting between the two teams in the 2024 regular season.
