GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – The Grand Rapids Rise announced their promotional schedule on Wednesday for the franchise’s inaugural 2024 Pro Volleyball Federation season. The 12 home matches will feature a couple of familiar season-long promotions that have been staples at Van Andel Arena, as well as eight unique Rise-themed giveaways.
The Rise will toss up the first serve of the season on Thursday, Jan. 25 at home against the Columbus Fury. Promotions for the home opener include an inaugural season T-shirt giveaway along with $2 beers/hot dogs.
Other giveaways this season include a Rise T-shirt (Feb. 12 and Apr. 1), a fleece blanket (Feb. 18), a trucker hat (March 9 and April 13), a St. Patrick’s Day T-shirt (March 17), a pom hat (April 6), a tumbler (April 18), and a booney hat (May 4).
All Thursday and Saturday evening home matches will feature $2 hot dogs and $2 domestic drafts from 6-8 p.m., while supplies last. Note that this doesn’t include the noon match on Saturday, March 9 against the Columbus Fury.
Sunday will be Family Day with $1 small Pepsi drinks and $1 small ice cream cups from 3-5 p.m. All four Sunday home matches on Feb. 18, March 17, May 5, and May 12 will feature the $1 Pepsi/ice cream cup promotion. Sunday, May 12 will also be Fan Appreciation Day, and mystery swag items will be given away to close out the regular season.

Advance ticket prices start at $19 for seats in the upper level corners, $23 for upper level center court, $26 for upper level preferred, $28 for upper level prime, $28 for lower level corners, $32 for lower level center, and $36 for lower preferred. (Additional $3 per ticket on day of match.)
On match night, tickets may be purchased without a convenience charge at the Van Andel Arena box office beginning 90 minutes before first serve. Fans who attend multiple matches can avoid charges and receive a discount from the single-match price by purchasing a six- or 12-match season package.
